Mokshavana Solitary Retreat Centre

Gelli is a grade II listed character cottage set in Snowdownia national park. Situated within its own grounds it benefits from valley views and no near neighbours. Gelli is located next to a spring water stream (from which is draws it's water). It is accessible by car or public transport. National walking trails including the famous precipice walk can be started from the doorstep. The closest town is Dolgellau which has amenities and transport connections to the rest of the UK and Barmouth beach.

Mokshavana is operated an a self clean and vegetarian self catering basis. All bedding, towels and basics are provided, along with meditation and yoga gear. We stock a pantry of staple foods ready for your arrival. There is wifi and an emergency land line number which you are welcome to make use of.

Kitchen Appliances, Food and Delivery

The kitchen is well stocked with food staples and appliances which you are welcome to use. To arrange food to be delivered please use the ASDA grocery delivery service which is available here. 

You are welcome to use any of the kitchen appliances which include the Ninja food processor, bread maker and microwave along with the standard selection of pots pans and crockery. 

We provide a water filter jug and a filtered kettle and recommend you use those for drinking water.
